We are still here and we are still shipping.  Like you, we don't know what the coming weeks or months will bring, but should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us directly.  We will try to post updates here as well (should there be any changes on our end regarding order fulfillment).

**NOTE:  This update is long overdue.  First of all, I want to thank you, our customers.  Honestly, we have the absolute best customers in the entire world.  You have all been amazingly supportive, understanding, kind and patient.  If you have ordered in the last few months, you know that our shipping has been delayed.  You keep ordering and you keep supporting us and I am eternally grateful.  Thank you for being you.  We currently remain delayed, but we are working to get back on track and if I haven't thanked you personally, I'm sorry.  Each and every one of you deserves my gratitude.  You have shown me such grace, love and support.  Please bear with me a bit longer.  I promise that I am working to rectify the delays.  THANK YOU ALL!  ❤️❤️❤️**

We are eternally grateful for each and every order.  Every order means the world to us.  From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!  Your kindness and support of our small business is amazing.

Please know that we have always prepared samples and orders using Nitrile Exam Gloves and alcohol wipes.  Because of these practices, we were fully stocked before the stores were stampeded and sold out.  Yes, even here in our small valley, the stores cannot keep stocked on many items.  Thankfully, since we have been preparing orders in this manner since we started, we have plenty of supplies to keep fulfilling orders.  Hopefully this gives you all some peace of mind.

@Richie Thank you for your order and for giving our store a chance. We are closing the gap, but we are still taking about 3-5 business days to process orders. We are using the weekends to catch up as much as possible and I hope to be back on track before Thanksgiving.

Customer service here is absolutely incredible! I had my first order here recently and I can say with total honesty they were world class professional. The personal touch was great and despite the delays the make you aware of on this page it was so tiny in comparison with the service. I’ll be ordering again without a question! Already lining up for my Christmas purchases.

It’s not like anybody who doesn’t know about you can’t wait a few days for shipment. We’re all on the verge of running out of fragrances. (hahahahah) Seriously though, good customer service is rare and that’s what earned you a loyal customer with me.
