About Island Lush:

Native to the island archipelagos of Vanuatu and New Caledonia, South Pacific Sandalwood – Santalum austrocaledonicum – is an evergreen tree growing nine metres in height, wild-harvested by local communities for its prized heartwood and roots.

Looking to these idyllic island shores in search of new and rare natural materials, Goldfield & Banks has created Island Lush, the first luxury perfume in its collection to explore the rich character of this South Pacific Sandalwood. This sumptuous oil of gilded and radiant character is cultivated in Vanuatu and distilled in Australia.

OLFACTORY DESCRIPTION:
A masterful blend of buttery South Pacific Sandalwood, rich in vanilla and orris powderiness, and the greener, spicier, smokier Australian Sandalwood, Island Lush offers a Sandalwood heart as enchantingly nuanced as it is seductive, embellishing it further in swathes of vetiver, leather, agarwood, and indulgent benzoin.
