In 2004, Ormonde Jayne introduced the attar Oudh onto the international scene of fine fragrance. Only ever used as a pure attar or blended with the Taif rose attar, I realised the potential of this extraordinary oil. After a visit to the agar woods in Thailand and Laos and months of field work, Ormonde Man was launched. The world’s first fine fragrance to use Oudh, now a confirmed perfume category, Ormonde Jayne leads innovation in.
